Rubixe - Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales within a designated territory. You will actively engage with potential clients, present products/services, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory.

- Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and sales strategies.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

- Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to travel within the assigned region.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
