Business Development Manager:
We are looking for candidates having 4-6 years of experience working in an IT Company as BD/BDM generating leads and dealing with clients from US and European countries.
- Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ blockchain industry will be given preference.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers - Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
If your business development role is more sales orientated, you may also :
- Create a sales pipeline
- Increase sales of the business
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
You'll need to have:
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with clients.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
