Role & Responsibilities:
- As a Business Development Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base.
Your primary duties will involve:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding client needs and pain points to tailor our solutions.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering, technology, or business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM tools.
- A basic understanding of the tech industry and emerging trends.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- MBA or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in the ed-tech or technology industry.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
- Proficiency in a programming language or technical skill.
