MERN Stack Developer (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

Indi IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack/Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team.

This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.

Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.

- Front-End Development : Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.

- Implement state management solutions using Redux, React Hooks, Context API, or similar technologies.

- Back-End Development : Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and optimize database schemas in MongoDB.

- Understand database indexing and performance optimization techniques.

- API Development : Develop and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and WebSockets.

- Authentication & Authorization : Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, Firebase Authentication, or Passport.

- Testing : Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Deployment : Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.

- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and Docker for streamlined deployment.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Technical Skills :

- Languages : JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Front-End Frameworks/Libraries : React, React Native, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

- State Management : Redux, React Hooks, Context API

- Back-End Frameworks/Libraries : Node.js, Express.js

- Databases : MongoDB

- API Development : RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets

- Authentication : JWT, OAuth, Firebase Authentication, Passport

- Cloud Platforms (Preferred) : AWS, Azure, Firebase

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a MERN Stack/Full Stack Developer.

- Proven track record of developing and deploying web applications.

- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
