Experience : 3+ years

Must Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).

- Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).

- Cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Network & Security Management

- Implement security measures, firewalls, and antivirus protection.

- IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage software applications, operating systems, and updates.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide technical assistance to employees ( software, and network issues).

- Respond to IT-related service requests and troubleshoot problems.

- Train employees on best IT practices and cybersecurity awareness
