I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Higher Management is very egotistic and confused they may like your work one day and next day they criticize and compare with garbage they even start dragging your family background during criticizing you in front of whole office

Dislikes

They never consider you as an employee they treat you as a slave, as duration of your contract ends which is around 1 yr (13k per month) they suddenly have problems with your character because you are workin as a team on a project with opposite gender 😂 they never give you increment rather increase the contract duration to 6 months to 1 year
