Too many processes, too long work hours, they tell you the standard working hours but it double, their expectation is to work for 14 to 16 hours. Too many unwanted time consuming processes, which affects your productivity

It is a great place to start. The trainings they offer are mediocre but the managers train you well for the job at hand. There is variety in terms of projects. Some of my team mates have become dear friends.

Dislikes

People will never recognise unless you are buttering your boss. Those who regularly pally with their boss end up with better appraisals. They have a horrible retention policy. Some really good people have left the organization because they never saw growth or were never recognised. Work life balance doesn’t exist for most part of the year.
