Well in my role.. I can’t really complain.. I don’t have anything in particular to flag.. the job at times might feel monotonous but that’s something you will have to go through with every roll.. having said that you can always look for a change within the organisation

Work Details

Work life balance has been great for me personally. This can depend on an individual’s role in the organisation. However, Indegene has now announced Hybrid model of wiring where most of the bands can work from home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
