I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Indecomm should get more in house customers rather than sending employees as contractual basis to other companies. They should open development center in Hyderabad which is very hot hub now for start ups. They should do H1 for long servicing employees whenever it comes.

No performance based appraisal. That system exists for mere record keeping. I never got the final rating from manager. Bad manager. No worth for key resource. Blinded towards the actual performance of the employee. They have too many clients to take care.

Very small company, just 10,000 around in employee strength. Most projects are .NET and python projects, if you have any other skill and your project gets downsized there aren't much opportunities.
