As an HR Executive myself, I must say, it's always refreshing to see such a well-coordinated effort to 'manage perceptions.' I strongly advise against joining Indbank Global Support Services Ltd. My six-month experience as an HR Executive consultant was a mistake, and I’m thankful to have left. The company is filled with toxicity, favoritism, and caste-based discrimination, creating a hostile work environment. I’ve always been straightforward and unafraidto speak the truth, and I raised my concerns about the issues I faced. However, management continued to play favorites and fostered a political, toxic culture. I was unfairly blamed for anger management issues, with no records or evidence of the complaints against me. The CHRO Yamini Goyal is at the center of many problems, contributing to the toxic atmosphere, and many others have left because of her egoistic behavior and political games. If you value your career and want to work in a respectful, growth-oriented environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Joining Indbank could harm your professional future.
