IGSS is a new company. As a part of the HR team, I can confirm that it has taken the decision to give jobs to those who are unemployed. 70% of the HR team was previously unemployed. Most of these employees are converted to permanent positions. It is great to see the change this brings to people's life, mine included. I am proud to work for a team and a company that believes in second chances.
