Nothing, if you get an offer there use that as a stepping place to get in to another better company coz 90 days notice period is to much and what ever you say and provide proof for it they will not let you go and in this 90 days you will definitely go through hell (not only 90 days the hell starts from the 4 month after joining), sobest option you don’t need to show this dum company as your experience just quit without saying anything and have a happy career with other startup’s as well...Read More

Company's culture, work timings, compensation and helping out each other, my managers were very friendly and they were available when we needed them.

Dislikes

Hiring decision, the reason I say this is because we very hired for a project which did not start. We were shifted to a different project during my employment though. I had to go but still I loved my time with Incedo.
