Management decisions. Frequent termination of management. Hire to onboard new account, fired once project is settled. Replace resource with cheaper. Terminating of employee with unproffesional behaviour. Try to prove you are PIP candidate with non sence points. Waste your months with ideal work and make your career spoil.

I met good people, My team was superb.

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

Worst company to work with…no good projects..even own products are worst

Companies management is worse on one side they will take meditation courses and on other side they will do layoff.Even the book from CEO Is best seller because they asked employees to buy that compulsory
