1. Tech stack can be good in some projects.

Dislikes

1. They claim a product based org but not its purely service based. 2. High pressure to deliver work. 3. Poor policies (minimum medical coverage of 3 LPA), no other benefits. 4. When you are at client side, employees get daily spending of Rs. 125 but sometimes they refuse to give. No policy defined anywhere. But some employee claim that money. 5. Team working with low head counts (where 10 people are required, they put 7). 6. Pressure to ramp up quickly as they want the resource to be become billable ASAP. 7. Whole focus on customer billing only. The VP wrote an email to all employees that if you don't fill in your timesheets on time then your salary will not be credited for that month. 8. Poor company culture. 9. Leadership and HR dept need a huge clean up. 10. No WFH policy. 11. No cab facility to commute to remote office locations and even when they provide cab then its not free.
