Compensation wise it is good but the tradeoff is your work life balance.

I will not recommend anyone to join impetus because of below mentioned points: 1) Too much work pressure. 2) your supervisor will expect you to stretch everyday for atleast 12 hrs and then work on weekends too without any compensation. Moreover if you ask to take vacation leave they will discourage you because of their unrealistic deadlines. 4) No support at all from leader ship team.
