Abusive managers, unsympathetic HRs, and useless onsite leads. Avoid Univar Project like the black plague. You will loose your soul in this project. The onsite lead will suck your soul and you will loose interest in growing and will focus only on surviving.

Many more to add 1) no good client ,not good technology you will not go technically and professionally 2)people's here are working 24*7. 3)if you go against this toxic work cilture they will hold your salary 4)Talent acquisition team is pathetic,once you join they will not care about you. 5)HR department is filled with goons they don't know professionalism.they eagerly need training 6)no professional environment at all if you are coming from big companies you will not stay here more than month. 7)senior management is stupid they know everything but they behaves like they don't know 8)you will be treated like a labour,weekend work is must you have to work 16hrs/day 9)on-site people's are pathetic and very toxic. 10)please don't join this company in any situation.you will regret....Read More

-No work life balance -Working on public holiday even they are forcing employees to work on big festivals -Toxic and incompetent on-site leadership they don't know professionalism. -12+ working hours each day -HR department is filled with most useless peoples on earth.
