People without technical expertise become Technical Architects in this company. Avoid the RPA domain in this company at all costs. The RPA domain has an onsite manager who is a "Empty vessel makes the most noise" kind of a guy who acts as if he knows everything in the world. Even if we raise concerns to the HR team, no one bothers to help you. The HR team is only busy planning Friday fun activities. Highly toxic environment and the senior management is busy safeguarding their roles and profits and are least bothered about employees.
