They dont care about employees mental wellness
All they care about is money and clients
They will introduce new rules to make sure employees will not get any benefit.
They scrapped WFH option, stated that was not effective but without any proof.
HR team is a super joke,you have to dance if they ask, they wont do anything for employee,.. they will treat you nicely before joining and they will show their true color once you have joined the organization.
From middle management to top, you cannot see one professional, all they care about is appease their manager and top above them,, So, you dont matter much there.
From IT team to HR team will treat you like, you owe money to them.
Work environment is worse than strict college, if you leave early or come to office late, they will question you and some random person will note this and inform this to your superior.
They dont care about work-life balance, im sure they dont know the meaning of that either.
If you take more than 3 wfh per year, you wont be eligible for leave encashment.
And leave encashment is not full day salary, it is 30% of CTC (who in right mind would do that??)
Managers will assume you have superpowers to complete the work in a night, that will take more than 20hours to finish.
If you dont work in saturday or sunday, or say you have personal work, it will affect your appraisal, the work you do on week days not enough for them.
They fired employees during covid times without prior information. It was more like hire and fire policy which they dont mention anywhere in their paper. That time manager and HR will act like paid goons and demand employees to send resignation letter.. if employees dont do that , they will start immediate termination process.. All this without any compenstation
During your interviews if HR/Manager says there will be job security, ask them why they fired employees during covid time?
