First thing is office politics which is being played between TL's and AM or Manager for Advisors. They have authority to make someone TL or AM but they give hike to their friends, and whom who gave them parties and to their girlfriend's.

Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.

Worst company in pune which is located in viman nagar wiekfilled, Bulk hiring from hr whenever they required and they remove people whenever they want For whatever silly reasons. Please don't join this company. If you come late then there will 450 rs deduction from your salary and for any leave 250 rs deduction. HR managers are liars... particularly Gaurav Sinha and pooja mane don't keep their word's. There is no hygiene inside the washrooms and at the end of every month you will receive very less salary dueto company's third class policy. Most importantly if you don't clear certification after training period then you won't get a salary. So please don't waste your time and don't join this company at all....Read More

Salary is good, they will give you the salary what you want also salary comes on every 7th of the month in morning by 8AM maximum it doesn't matter it is Sunday or any other day (except 7th is any holiday)

For promotion if you are favourite of your supervisor then you will promoted to AM from TL directly but if not they will stuck you in middle by providing Sr. TL

I don't like ienergizer because it's very big company with less mentality they are not hiring muslims people. I request govt to take action on it and request muslims don't go there your full day will be waste. They will say after interview that you are not selected.

1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!
