1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave! Literally they are exploiting the employees. They have rules out of this world. They can deduct the salary even if you will breathe without their permission. Also, they are bunch of goons working as so called TEAM LEADERS. They think that they run the world. Pros Good salary. Cons Long Hours. No work life balance. No supporting staff. Rules are out of the world.

A reason you feel stagnant in your current position. A work culture that doesn't align with your values. A desire to switch industries or change careers. A skill you excel at that you can't leverage in your current position.

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.
