I was having very bad experience to work with i energizer because there was no job security in the company still i had done very good work there, i joined the company in tata process with in 7 months of joining they close the process with out informing and said we will transfer in another process but at last day, they didn't transfer my job in another process . and after close the process , as per labor law, they didn't provide us 3 months salary in advance, . company is focusing on employee satisfaction , focusing on only their own profit....Read More

growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, management is not supportive, no process of appraisals, faltu ka drama hai yaha,
