1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave! Very bad culture. You are a kind of labour here. You are having only 60 min break here in a 8.30 hrs shift. In that you have to manage your lunch tea break bio break everything. And 1 more interesting thing. If your trainer or manager called you for a training session. That break will also included in your personal break. Means youhave to stretch your shift about 2 more hours.(8.30 hrs + 2 hrs=10.30.hrs. 2nd thing. For managers and above level washroom is available next to yours production room, but for executive who is having load of work and break they have to go around end of the office means for toilet you have to waste another 15 min break. Which is included in your personal break. You are getting hire for inbound customer care service but suddenly you got a promotion of doing hard core sales and even you din't have experience of thta but managers will force you and don't support. 1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

The management does not have spine, there leadership does not want to work with set rules of the industry instead always try to find unethical ways to meet the targets, the managers are not trained for people management, Yes Sir culture, no programs to improve the skills.

First thing is office politics which is being played between TL's and AM or Manager for Advisors. They have authority to make someone TL or AM but they give hike to their friends, and whom who gave them parties and to their girlfriend's.

The environment in the company and my colleagues were very much encouraging and I habd a very fortunate encounter with them,

The company policy is something that will slowly eat away a persons life, no sick leave, 10 hrs working shift, 1 lwp will cost you your incentive and apprx 15k worth of money, good for freshers but would not recommend it to experienced candidates

Nothing, the behaviour of the managers and trainers make it worst. The cooperation they do with the new joiners is just awful.

Dislikes

Cigarette breaks are taken more seriously than you need to use a washroom. Ill-health is less respected than was not present q ki kal jyada ho gayi thi. Worst work culture ever seen.
