First thing is office politics which is being played between TL's and AM or Manager for Advisors. They have authority to make someone TL or AM but they give hike to their friends, and whom who gave them parties and to their girlfriend's.

The only thing is that you can get a Salary for your work on time, you'll get a chance to meet some good peoples as well.

It's very restrictive like a jail, so many checks in & out. You can't have your mobile phone along with you, you can't carry you bags on the floor, you can't eat aur drink outside cafeteria even at the places which they've designed to impressed the clients only.
