The company is extremely Optimistic and has a futuristic approach towards work.

Dislikes

Even though I thoroughly enjoyed working in the company. Work-Life balance was a miss due to commitments even after work. But they are completely understanding and with time, I am sure it will improve. It will definitely grow into a huge enterprise.

Work Details

I was a Team - Lead and it was very encouraging to work in an optimistic environment. Lots of learnings throughout every stage of the process. It used to be long working hours. Because we dealt with international students as well.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
