It's because they request you to join work for them by holding your legs but after 9-10 months of work they will remove you without any reason. and the very most important thing is that TCS has rejected this company and laidoff all the employees belong to this IDC Technologies because of illegal activities. It's not fair to work with IDC Technologies.
