IDBI Bank is a young generation Bank honoring more delightful customer service to their customers. Salary package is higher compared to the peers. Overall it will be a very good organisation for all the youngsters and for their career development.

Dislikes

Since it was financial institution earlier. There are huge no bad loans in corporates which leads the Bank in facing huge losses. However, with the youngest team force, Bank will retain it's top position by growing the retail portfolio in a phased manner, moreover before March 2020.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
