I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They are doing their best to keep operations by working from home and utilising time for skill devolepment of young engineers and catering to needs of existing clients. Very focused management.
