ICM 's teammates live in a such friendship to be considered as one family members.On board ICM look over your training certificates and safety job, because working safely can boosted your career and allow you to grow in rank which will influence you salary at high level . ICM has always worked with others company by contract. Allworkers's documents are sent at new company's office to be selected on their manager willing. those with good competency are selected to work. Obviously housekeeping must be in your mind whenever you are beginning any job . We earn money by job but never fail to look for better than present one because we didn't be linked forever to ICM; So if possible we can go forward ....Read More

Long a go, ICM was referenced as one of the bests in our country, but to days , politics use to influence badly his management until workers are recommended against good selection , No comment, nothing can stand to be good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
