Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting,Struggling a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

I like the fame which company is being known. For individual I like the holidays of sat and Sunday... The immense expansion in the market in almost all the segments

Zero growth in career Increment bonus is worst No incentives Internal politics No transparency among the team

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Dislikes

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

Yah it's a good company to work more than other type of insurance companies and the company gives fixed sat and sunday off for all the employees that's really appreciate

There is a month target based work and if complete the target before month end u will be safe, otherwise company will pressure you

The work culture is very poor. My experience with managers Prem Rawat and Ashinder Tickko from Noida has been very negative. They never support employees and only put pressure on them. These managers assigned employees to branches that are 40 km away from their residences, likely with the intention of causing employees to resign.
