The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.
Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.
The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.
