Mental harassment that they do, I suggest nobody to join this pathetic work place Your manager and his manager will harrass you on a daily basis for business, they will literally force you to move door to door asking for sales, they will never ever appreciate your hard work, they will force you to do unachievable targets, there would no office timings you have to reach at 8.30 in morning but you be allowed to go back even at 9 in evening, if you took a sick leave they will reach to your home to check weather you...Read More

Absolutely nothing, makes fake job offers to campus hires of MBA, and eventually forces to do door to door sales

Even HR s here are told they'll be given HR, but later pushed to ground sales,hardcore door to door selling.

I was campus placed, so luckily I got 16 CTC ( 75k in hand) rest they kept in performance bonus and which they generally hesitate to give.

Depends on team, my team was horrible, was under a cunning manager who climbed the corporate ladder by doing office politics and doing "chatukarita" . The work culture in the data science department is terrible. No respect for the efforts, no work life balance, the HR policies are horrible, if you consider yourself a talented and ambitious person, ICICI Bank is not a right place for you. Along with work, you should also have to be good politician too. Their learning modules.Hr policies are good however none of the seniors actually follows it.Bonus is good.

Too much politics . No work life balance people work for more than 10 to 11 hours everyday even though official time is 9.15 am to 5.15 pm.

Super boss mentality is very disappointed and they want to harass ever time in ever reason very bad behaviour with subordinates they have to take salaries only for harassing subordinates except that they not do anything
