This is my first corporate job before this I worked for 3 Indian companies but never seen this kind of toxic work culture. Manager will ask you to connect at the time of log off. As per their thinking each work take only 5 mins. Do not talk about benefits but you can have longer discussion about work, developments. Genpact itself is probably a good company but the current Project i am working in that is a US project in Noida, the leadership and management is terrible to work with. I am working here as an assistant manager but no such work has been given. Apart from work, the team culture is toxic and managers believes in Biasness, one employeewho sits and eats with manager will get enormous benifits and another one who believes in work and focuses on self development through work assigned, will never get a chance to be happy there. Me mysle, after joining this team i could see myself as an under confident afraid losing employee which i was never before! I could see my days passing by only with fear and anxiety how shall i survive? Paid cab service. Paid meals. Organization is now going to standardize model across globe which brings cost cutting and ask employees to work rotationally. Late sitting hrs for SM level. Always first thing in mind -Politics.

The company does not providing any help line to employee. Only the Management like Manager to AVP, they are thinking they are head of this company. They never understand the situations of employees.

Within three months since I joined started taking team engagement activities. When I come to that there is no budget for team engagement activities that's terrible and no work life balance And now started WFH manager doesn't know the process and the way she behaves some times is very rude. There is trust issue with manager. Over all I joined wrong team.
