Work flexibility is the only thig I can think of

Dislikes

Almost everything. Management has appointed people who are incompetent and sit on your head, don't bother to check on you if you're facing any troubles, all they want are the results. Assign something and then ask for the results. There's no space for delays/errors even when you have a dependency on others. Basically lack of empathy. I joined and left the organization within 2 months.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
