The idea behind their products are really good.

Dislikes

There is no documentation about the functionality anf code base of their products. So only seniors can help you know about the product. This is a kerala-based company. If you are from kerala itself, you can survive.If you are from other state, they will not properly cooperate. Work-culture and pay is too bad. By giving the small pay, they will expect you to work whole day.

They uses old technologies There’s no upgrades in their products expect new or additional features suggested by clients Not good to learn as a fresher Low chance of career growth as a fresher . They follow typical old Corporate culture. Work life balance is worst

If you’re an outsider , that means your native is not Kerala then please don’t think of this company. Initially you will feel great and excited but eventually you’ll be depressed as in scrum they use their own language rather using english. Half of the time they will translate. There’s no decorum of corporate ethics. If you’re from Kerala and you don’t want to step out of your comfort zone then please go and stay there only cause it’ll be like you’re home.
