How managers are very rude,and work life balance is zero, and moreover appraisal is not at all there...if we are working in night shift then there is no allowance as well....weird leave rules they have

Nothing I liked. The leaders in Bangalore especially Q2C team follow bad practices by promoting their family members, relatives. The leaders or Managers don't follow ethics. IBM is a great company but leaders or managers in Q2C are very bad

I joined IBM 6 months ago, they don’t have a good management and no job security here they can fire you or put you on PIP without any reason

It's good company to have flexible working hours and job security is there.

There is no HR in IBM and employees don't even know who is their HR. It's manager driven company and we don't get much hikes and promotion process is very slow.

The working culture and their integrity towards their employees,i am really fond of it. They make sure their employee don't suffer and their is no bossy culture for sure,,their are multiple learnings they are providing so that you can improve your technical skill for your career growth.employee are helpful as well as they really mean it when it comes for team success.

I don’t have idea about other projects inside the company, but the project which I was working was a low budget project then too those managers were not living that project and it was a worst project , as I am a fresher it was not good to start Carrer like that.

I am working in IBM Security. IBM got really good work-life balance. The work hours are flexible, no one will pressurize you into doing things.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that great. Even switching projects is a very difficult. If you are a graduate hire then you must atleast work for 18 months in the initial project, no matter you are interested or not.
