This is a Manager's company, so if you know your manager then you will get salary hike/promotion/on site opportunity etc. But if your Manager doesn't know you then you will stay at the same level till your retirement.

IBM as a company is good but even though the working hours is 9 hours the Managers or leads compel you to extend your shift in a very polished way. But it is not revealed outside, unless someone like me reveals it.

The changes in the economy and the changes in the company/management it scares about job security which was not the case earlier. Company policies has to be overlooked for at-least those who are associated with IBM for a very long time

Dislikes

Company is doing good, however pain is about the salary scale which is very low compared to outside market. Post learning On job training is a challenge or to get chance. This low down the Confidence right guidance/chance. Salary hike or band progression is a disappointment.
