We find that your comments in the dislikes section of the review are not only vague and misleading but is also a generic one which lacks any context. Being a member of HSC and especially the HR team, you must be aware that HSC is a PCMM & CMMI Level 5 certified organisation and by extension of that it means that all our policies and procedures are aimed at benefitting not only the organisation but also our people. Employee centricity acts as the cornerstone to our foundational values and have been created and curated very carefully since our inception. While there is seldom to say if one has already made up their mind to be negative and not reason but at HSC you are always encouraged to talk to your managers, skip-level managers or even to Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, and share your concerns or suggestions with them. You must also be aware of the internal platforms that HSCians can leverage to share their concerns & suggestions like Amber, Q2M, Zero Hour etc. Nevertheless, we wish many more years of your happy association with HSC.

Your statement, “Middle Management is Clueless”, is very generic and fails to provide any constructive insight to the reader. HSC is one of the few handful organizations in the world that have been awarded PCMM & CMMi Level – 5 certifications. Such an organizations on a steady growth path for over 16 years now, cannot be where it is now with a “clueless middle management”. Since you have been a part of the Talent Acquisition team, we are sure that you must have been aware of the various internal forums like Q2M, Amber, Zero Hour etc. Instead of raising your concern on a public platform you could have also utilised any of the said internal platforms or even had a conversation about it with your colleagues or the concerned department as we follow an open-door policy, at HSC. We suggest that if you genuinely want to give feedback & bring about a positive change leverage the platforms mentioned above instead of giving too generic a feedback anonymously. And especially against your colleagues with whom (& their group heads) you would be interfacing as part of your day to day working. We wish many more years of your happy association with us. To start with, irrespective of the sector or scale of any business or organisation, customers are an integral part of the revenue earning process, and we are sure that even you would agree that no organisation can truly prosper if they do not prioritize their customers. But at HSC, just like customer centricity, employee centricity also acts as a cornerstone to our foundational values. These are the same values that have resulted in a rich technical & engineering legacy of over 18 years. We are also fortunate to have HSCians who have been with us since our inception and the media tenure at HSC stands at an impressive 6.4 years. In these competitive times and the sector we are operating in, it would not have been possible for an organisation to be on the growth path that we are on without the support of their employees. However, yes, we do agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. That is why HSC has a policy on flexible working hours, which by definition, explains that we do not observe strict office timings. As you must also be knowing that the Flexi Time policy helps ensure that HSCians get break to rejuvenate themselves after extended hours.
