Work culture is good but very bad for QA people. Always feels like extra people.. no value. Policies are good and job security is very low.

Appraisals and Promotions are not good. Pay wise you may not feel satisfied ever. Good for 35 + people who are already in good carreer bands.

Very toxic culture, the company wants you to work like machine and forget you are also an human being. Don't join this bank ever, no doubt you will get high packages but health is wealth. Bcz of HSBC I'm suffering from backpain issue from last 3 years.
