The way of doing things is a bit lax and there is a general sense of dissatisfaction with the higher leadership. There is a lot of politics in how the ratings and review system works. The admin side of HSBC is very slow and leaves you frustrated at times

Appraisals and Promotions are not good. Pay wise you may not feel satisfied ever. Good for 35 + people who are already in good carreer bands.
