HSBC is a great organisation to work with. A lot depends upon the department you're working for. It has opportunities for career growth. Just that one has to be smart enough to keep trying.
It's globally one of the best organisations to work at. I am extremely grateful to HSBC for the opportunity to be a part of it. I would love to retire as an HSBC employee.
