From my perception the pay was low compare to other organizations rather than that there is no cons to the company

The salary they paid is good but the salary is hike is very low every year, there are few processes where the work pressure is more. I use to get apprecaition from my managers but we do not have any promotions.

Started my career in as KYC Analyst, in the beginning i use to deal with UK Clients later i moved to process called INM(indian markets). As i'm Kyc analyst i use to deal with customers identity and verification and also verify the details of the customers
