The worst part is the toxic environment cultivated by the company. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat. Moreover the company has a troubling pattern of firing employees at will . They demand rent less work without breaks or appreciation , offer low pay, and engage in personal attack. Job security? No hike, no promotion, no holidays on festivals. Compulsory work on biggest festival Diwali. Salary is lowest in entire world. Even unskilled construction side labor earns more. Company politics is very high. 6 months old employees whose perfomance is below average and Doe's not achive daily target is get more increment than 4-5 years old employees who achive 100%+ targets by working more hours then shift hours.
