The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.

The old employee behavior is vary bad they misbehave with new employee. They extend working hours every day and not provide ot. Some manager n project lead talk with employee very rudly.
