Salary growth was not up to the mark . Employee don't even get any appraisal or any awards after giving their best performance throughout the year. Weather company gives 2 leave per month but an employee hardly get the leave.

Working at Hitech Digital is great. My teammates and colleagues are very friendly, all my managers are very supportive. They try to encourage all team members which makes it a positive place to work. My mentors guide me to focus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. Working at HitechDigital has been a fantastic experience! Right from the work culture to the opportunities for growth, Hitech provides a very supportive environment for all its employees. The management and the team members are very cooperative, understanding and friendly. The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.
