Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Appraisal cycle is not good.for new joiner if they join after August then first hike will be given after 1 and half yr.for all employees appraisal cycle is jan-dec but hike letter comes in July/aug

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More
