There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. One thing to like about Hexaware Technologies is that the projects that we were working on.

1. No work life balance. 2. Poor canteen facility. 3. Poor work culture.

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Nothing is good at Hexaware. Managers, HRs, Canteen with cockroaches roaming around. Politics everywhere, one mistake and you will be warned to resign. 12 to 15 hours working and still want us to be on time even though we were working till late. No sympathy towards employees especially freshers. Binded by bonds and contracts. Wont ever recommend anyone to work in Hexaware.

They have a IJP process called Udaan wherein if you get a rating of 4 you will get promotion by default

Company is not employee centric. Office politics is more. There are people who are working for years and they are the only one manages.

The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

The HR systems and policies are worst as per HR US project folks are required to come to office during the day even if you don't have work and work with clients in graveyard shifts without any extra pay for overtime also they don't have a night shift first you to come to office. I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Dislikes

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance
