Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is better but career growth is very slow.there is a bonding policy.job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

A job is good ,But starting I struggled some for training session.Later I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

Favoritism to South Indian employees(as most projects are based in Chennai) and toxic-management. Poor Appraisal and recognition processes. Relocation issue - employees are forced to work from Chennai location. No bonus or incentive policy(no bonus even on Diwali), maximum bonus amount was 1000 rupees.

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch

We dont get prefferd work location and the freshers are randomly given projects without any evaluation of skills. I joined as a pget who knows development tool but they assigned me to low code project, and they dont give opportunity to work in development projects
