Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

I don't like the behavior of my quality and TL they both can't even have a manars like how to talk with the agents. The reason I left my job is the quality and the TL. Even because of this both guys I feel pressurised otherwise hexaware is good placed to work.

Culture is very rich here, Everyone treats you in a very good manner.

Dislikes

Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. This is one of the worst company I ever had, believe me the entire training management in nagpur location is just pathetic, very arrogant,no support at all with zero flexibility, really biased towards their own references, extremely micro management was there, they make you feel extremely demotivated here we are doing 10 hours of shift but it is not 10 hours it is actually 11-12 hours of shift, they force you to do it also create the meeting and connect or review post your shift and ask you to be there at any cost, personal life and overall health become zero, nothing is planned, like you feel extremely unlikely in terms of making the decision to work here or join here or be a part of this toxic company Hexaware Specially Nagpur Location....Read More
