It's heaven to work in HPE. You will get support from experience people and they will guide you to learn. Flexible working time, dress code, etc. Work environment is great you won't feel frustrated like other organizations. If the teammates are set enough everything will go just like that. You will have team outing (over all from other proj too) yearly twice or atleast one who are all working in group (under same manager). The fun activities will start before 15days on outing date. You will get good training program but you should follow on program activity and approval from manager.
