Actually there is nothing as I don't like here,people are cool,manager and TL are really understanding but one thing which I feel is hike is less because of which people are leaving and switching to other companies even though they like working here,so this is one of the factor which should be look upon .rest everything is great

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
